DRY APPLE

Refreshingly dry cider is the result of traditional bittersharp and bittersweet varietals including Northern Spy and Bromley, co-fermented with Gala and Ambrosia apples. Stone fruit fragrances appear creating a crisp and fruity essence.
SEMI-SWEET APPLE
7% ABV- Sweetness 3
Spartan and MacIntosh apples are given their time to shine by preserving their natural sweetness in Semi-Sweet Apple. Tannins from Corltand Mac and Crab apples round out this easy drinking cider. First Place Winner in Great Lakes International Cider and Perry Competition for Modern Dry Cider!
CHERRY ROSÉ
6.2% ABV-Sweetness 3
Ripe and luscious cherries have been fermented into a light wine and then blended with our delicately balanced Golden and Red Delicious apple cider to create this on-point blush.
LAVENDER HONEY
6% ABV-Sweetness 3
The floral notes of lavender cosy up to the smooth creamy honey from the alfalfa fields, adding a layered touch to this beautiful apple cider. Silver medal awarded at the Great Lakes International Cider and Perry Competition as well as Bronze at the Northwest Cider Cup!
HASKAP BERRY
6.5% ABV-Sweetness 2
The delicate haskap berry shines with sunset hues. Notes of blackberry and raspberry mingle in a summer symphony on the pallet. The U Grow Girl farm near Salmon Arm is the source of these lovelies. Gold medal awarded from the Great Lakes International Cider and Perry Competition 2022!
PERRY (100% Bartlett Pear)
6.9% ABV Sweetness 1
White flowers on the nose intricately transition into lime and honeydew melon on the palate. A slight bitterness of Bartlett pear skin is present in this sophisticated modern Perry. Silver Medal Winner for Low-Tannin Perry at the Northwest Cider Cup 2024!
LEMON LAVENDER
4.5% ABV Sweetness 3 (sold out until Spring 2025)
Lemon and lavender are layered perfectly over this mouth-watering cider. Faint lavender buds wisp their way to the nose with the fresh essence of ripe lemons trailing closely behind.
BLUEBERRY

Rich Blueberry compote flavour abounds in this velvety semi sweet apple cider crafted with gorgeous plump berries. Gold Medal Winner for Fruit Co-fermented at the Northwest Cider Cup 2024!
FIRESIDE SPICE
